We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team (Permanent Contract) in a multifaceted role encompassing sales support, product quality assurance, and customer service. This position offers the unique opportunity to engage directly with customers and the sales team, ensuring technical needs are identified and met through expert product demonstrations and quality assessments. The Application Engineer supports our internal BU projects and our customers as tools user expert.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Sales support
- Identify customers’ technical needs by filling the DEMO requirements form
- Support Sales team to promote the company products portfolio
- Execute DEMO for customers and present related reports
- Review technical specifications with customers
- Product quality
- Qualify tool functionalities according to technical specifications
- Execute the Source Acceptance Test plan
- Fill a dedicated report related to the results of the executed tests plan (Source Acceptance Test) for clients
- Report nonconformity if detected in Qualishare
- Customers support

- Fill a dedicated report related to the results of the executed tests plan (Final Acceptance Test) for clients
- Provide presentation materials (Activity Report documents, etc.) for all aspects of customer interaction, both new and existing
- Support customers in the field on applicative topics as 1st level by troubleshooting tools and share with the dedicated Customers Service team member
- Act as trainer of external users
